At 9:18 am on August 8, 2019, with the roar of fireworks and firecrackers, the last sheet of checkered plate on the sixth floor of kiln outlet steel structure building was successfully lifted in place. With the witness of the owner’s site manager Mr. Lin, the in-charges of the EPC and the project team of our company, the main preheater steel structure of Indonesia's Giti Project (6000t/d clinker cement production line) , a landmark project, has been completed.
With the cares and supports from the management team of the owner and the general contractor, this project strives to achieve high quality and the progress has caught up with the project limestone. The preheater building erection officially began on April 27, 2019 and has been completed ahead of schedule. The smooth capping of the preheater building is the result of the hard work of the owner, general contractors and all personnel of the project team.
From the very beginning of the erection of the pre-heater building, our project team have set very high requirements on safety, quality and progress.All of us have been working together and successfully finished the work in this department.Mr. Lin, site manager of the owner, praised that this set of preheater is the best preheater has has ever seen. The erection work is fast and well done.
The capping of the main preheater building marks that the refractory work and insulation will be started. Regarding the following works of this project, our project team will spare no efforts to finish every task more passionately and positively in order to complete this project successfully .
