The kiln outlet steel structure building of Guangxi Yizhou Guangchi Cement Co., Ltd.’s (2500T/D cement clinker production line project) constructed by our company was successfully completed at 2:18 pm on April 24, 2019.
The kiln outlet steel structure of this project was installed from mid-November 2018. During this period, it experienced long-term rainfall (starting from December 15 to March 18, 2019). The rain season gradually stopped for a period of 120 days. Due to the rainy season, the erection can only be carried out when the rain stopped, coupled with poor installation site conditions, muddy sites, muddy roads (no hardened roads) and other construction issues. All staff of the project team face the difficulties and establish a complete safety management system and quality assurance system , implement safety and quality responsibilities to every employee, and regularly check hidden hazzards at site and eliminate them in time. Everyone united, brainstormed, and worked together to overcome difficulties, ensuring that the kiln tail frame of the project was capped smoothly.
