At 10:08 am on December 08, 2019, the kiln outlet steel structure building (100.76 meters high) of the 4500T/D new dry process cement clinker production line of Guizhou Huangping Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd. constructed by our company was successfully capped with the sound of firecrackers.
The kiln outlet building of this project has undergone long-term rainy season construction since the installation began on August 18, 2019. During this period, high-elevation installation operation can only be carried out in good weather. In addition, the roads in the Southwest China’s mountainous area project are rugged. Materials are difficult to be delivered to the site and the construction site conditions are poor with narrow space. During mechanical installation, civil construction is still at peak period so the site is crowded. Also the road is muddy and we also faced many other difficulties. However, with the strong support and care from the company’s managers, this project team carefully organized the construction, worked together, scientific managed, guarantee the safety, and grasp the quality, spared no efforts to catch up with the progress and overcame the difficulties. We have finally achieved a smooth capping of the kiln outlet building in advance. it has been unanimously praised by the managers of the owner at all levels In terms of safety, quality, progress, etc.,.
