At 10:18 am on January 14, 2021, the Line A’s Preheater Building of Jiangxi Evergreen Cement Co., Ltd. Wannian Cement Plant’s 2*5100T/D clinker cement production line constructed by our company was successfully capped.

　　This project is a provincial key project. The preheater building of line B has been successfully capped for more than two months under the challenges of both the epidemic and the rainy season. It was successfully ignited on November 7, 2020 and officially put into operation on November 15, 2020. ! Our performance on safety, quality and progress has won the high praise from Evergreen Group, the owner's headquarter and the plant’s production department! It also won a high degree of trust for the construction of line A.

　  The construction of the line A preheater building started on November 5, 2020. It was successfully capped in only 70 days! During this period, the construction work overcomes the cold weather, rain and snow weather, the narrow site site, and the cross-operation caused by the civil construction which is still in the peak at that time. In order to avoid the use of manual man baskets during installation operations, access with railings are installed between the tower crane and the preheater building; before the ring beam is installed, the life line has been installed installed after the column is lifted; protective measures have been taken at the edge of each level (side Railings, inside platform railings, and up and down stairs railings are all completed in time, and all levels of the frame are blocked with checkered plates). All these measures have guaranteed the safe construction in winter!

　  The capping of the kiln preheater building is only the first milestone completed by the project, but it has greatly encouraged the confidence of all staff of this project and allowed the owner to fully recognize us. We will also build a vision of high-quality projects with solid steps and interpret the spirit of "Kisen installation, safety and quality, faster and stronger" with firm willingness, and has achieved a major goal of this project!
