On September 6, 2023, the technical upgrade project of the 4000T/D new dry cement clinker co-disposal sludge production line of Chuzhou Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd., which was undertaken by our company, successfully achieved the goal of one-time ignition and was successfully put into operation on September 15.
Since the start of the Chuzhou Zoomlion project, the project team have gone through the first hook hoisting of the frame, the capping of the frame, the hoisting and closing of the rotary kiln of the core equipment, the installation of host equipment such as roller press and grate cooler, and the hoisting of the three air ducts, kiln hoods and large air ducts. After nearly a year, with the joint efforts of all employees of the project, difficulties such as the rainy season and scorching heat were overcome, and the goals of each node were successfully achieved.
All the staff of the project department have won unanimous praise from the owner and all parties with their sincere and enthusiastic attitude, professional and efficient service concept. All departments of the company strongly support, and project members and teams help each other to overcome difficulties together. The special electrical team overcame the late arrival, high temperature and heat, tight construction period, early commissioning, etc., and all members work together to achieve the ignition goal under impossible circumstances.
