On July 22, 2022, the 30 million tons/year sand and gravel aggregate project of China National Building Materials New Materials Co., Ltd., which was contracted by our company, was successfully commissioned.

　　Our project department entered the site in June 2021 and started installation operations in October 2021. From March to early April 2022, the overall installation of the project was completed in more than a month, the process of equipment production and commissioning was promoted, and the assessment of the owner's temporary electrical voltage within 110KW was completed from April 3 to April 15, 2022. From mid-April to mid-July, the project department organized the construction team to complete the work of eliminating shortages and cooperating with the technical transformation of the general contractor, until July 15, 2022, when the owner officially delivered the power to the commission, completed the commissioning of the stand-alone machine within 7 days, and achieved the load production target within 10 days.

　　On July 18, the 2# crushing chamber of Ruichang's 30 million tons/year sand and gravel aggregate line was successfully commissioned, the main engine was successfully commissioned, and the load linkage test of the production line was successful on the 22nd. In the process of load linkage test, the test driving personnel of our project department always stick to the front line of production, track the operation of each equipment in detail, deal with the existing problems in a timely manner and make records. After 3 hours of load linkage test, the machine was stopped and eliminated.

　　In the past few days, the on-site commissioning personnel of our project department have adhered to their posts under the scorching heat of 40 degrees, ensuring safety, keeping an eye on debugging and catching up with the progress on site day and day. The success of the main engine feeding and load linkage test of the aggregate line is the embodiment of the high-quality project construction of the owner, the general contractor and the personnel of our project department. In the next stage, our project department will continue to solve problems for the owner and the general contractor, and escort the equipment production.
